Seamless Pipes

Rustavi Metallurgical Plant’s pipe rolling shop produces hot-rolled large diameter seamless pipes on a Mill -400 and small diameter seamless pipes on a Mill-140.

The Pipe Rolling Shop produces the following types of seamless pipes:

Casing Pipes
Casing Pipes are produced according to the API Spec 5 CT, GOST 632 and GOST 633 standards, with an outside diameter ranging from 168 to 324 mm, and wall thickness from 7.32 to 14.2 mm.

These casing pipes are used by the oil and gas industry for exploration and the operation of oil and gas wells.

Line Pipes
Line Pipes are produced according to the API Spec 5 L, EN 10210, EN 10297 and GOST 8731/32 standards, with an outside diameter ranging from 168 to 426 mm, and wall thickness from 6 to 50 mm.

Line Pipes are used for oil , gas and water transpormation.

Mill – 140 is not currently operational, but following its planned re-start, the Plant will start producing line pipes.

Seamless Pipes
Seamless Circular Steel Pipes are produced according to the EN 10210, EN 10297,GOST 8731 and GOST 8732 standards, with an outside diameter ranging from 168 to 426 mm and wall thickness from 6 to 50 mm.
