The Rustavi Metallurgical Plant’s steel melting workshop produces 100x100mm square billets made of low-carbon steel. A500C and A400C-class construction re-bars of heat-treated steel 12-32mm in diameter are then produced from these billets on a Mill-320 in the reinforcing bar workshop.
